At Biomask, we stand behind the efficacy of our skincare; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To maintain our hygiene standards, products must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original box or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all caps are tightly sealed.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
